Practising Qigong helps us become more aware of our bodies and, by extension, our minds and emotions. This awareness can help us navigate the chaos of modern life with more balance and peace.

We offer a variety of experiences from short introductory classes for those just dipping their toes into the world of Qigong, to full-day workshops and weekend events for a deeper dive. For those seeking an immersive experience, we also offer longer retreats.

Our sessions are flexible and accessible. We offer group sessions both in person and online, along with individual 1:1 sessions tailored to your specific needs
