I'm excited to invite you to a 2-hour class on connected movement in Tai Chi and Qigong. This practice has been a transformative part of my journey, and I'm eager to share its benefits with you.
In this class, we’ll focus on short parts of the choreography and some of the internal principles of Tai Chi and Qigong. I aim to create a relaxed and welcoming environment, perfect for beginners and those new to these arts. We'll be realistic about how much we can cover in two hours, ensuring a meaningful and enjoyable experience for everyone.

An afternoon of Qigong - - Gentle flowing exercise to move your energy
The purpose of this 2 hour workshop is simple - to get your energy charged up and flowing, smoothly and naturally and to practice as a group. Qigong (chee gung) is a practice often using gentle circular physical movements, that is designed to charge up your inner battery and release any stagnation.
Practicing as a group and having fun is a powerful and enjoyable way to revitalise yourself whilst avoiding strain and burnout..
Chris will show you what to do, and give useful information on how Qigong works, so all you have to do is bring yourself along and enjoy the experience

Push hands is a foundational practice within the realm of Tai Chi, designed to enhance one's understanding of internal martial arts.
At its core, it's a two-person drill that emphasises sensitivity, balance, and the art of yielding to and redirecting an opponent's force.
In this class, we delve into the subtle dance of push hands, where participants learn to harmonize with their partner's movements, fostering both physical coordination and mental focus.
It's a journey of self-discovery and connection, presented in a professional yet friendly environment. Whether you're entirely new to the concept or looking to refine your skills, our push hands class offers a warm and welcoming space to explore and grow
